Please be aware that as we are a startup business, all of our bags are handmade to order. Please bear this in mind if we do not have the stock readily available as this may impact delivery times.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We hope you’ll be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Chibu London cake bags, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on items returned to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. All returns are assessed on receipt.
In addition to our goodwill policy above, UK consumer law gives customers the right to cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (cooling-off period). Once you notify us of your decision to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will refund the amount paid for the goods. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed. Where applicable under UK consumer regulations, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
To help us improve our service, we would appreciate it if you could let us know the reason for returning any goods.
Returned items should be sent using recorded delivery. Please contact us for return instructions before sending any items back. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, in which case reasonable return costs will be reimbursed.
