EVERYONE NEEDS CHÍBU®!

We were excited to exhibit Chíbu® at the Welsh Sugarcraft and Cake Show on the 9th of February. As our very first show, we couldn’t wait to see what the day would have in store!

My brother-in-law was kind enough to take my sister and I to Cardiff Bay on the day, helping us to pack and drive. My sister and I had already completed the prep work the day before, going through our checklist to ensure nothing would be left behind.

Even though we had to leave London at 4.00am for the three hour drive, we looked forward to meeting other vendors and showing off our Chíbu® boxes. As a bonus, I was able to sleep most of the way! We arrived in plenty of time to set up our table and to be ready for the exhibition.

It was so nice to see all of the interest in Chíbu®! Over and over, we heard, “Wow, this is a fantastic idea!” One highlight of our day was when the event organiser, Carmell Lovell, made a quick video review, saying, “EVERYONE NEEDS CHIBU!”

The Chíbu® table was surrounded by vendors with beautiful, vibrant cakes--I could see how Chíbu® could really help my neighbouring vendors with transporting their amazing creations, and I was thrilled to be able to show off Chíbu® boxes.

At the end of the day, we journeyed back to London. It was a long day, yet I learned about exhibitions and how I might better improve the Chíbu® experience at shows. I wouldn’t change anything about the day, and I am thankful for knowledge gained!
